＊Remarks

♢ The interpretation working hours are 8 hours/day/person (excluding simultaneous interpretation), and are calculated as half a day if less than 4 hours.
If more than 4 hours and less than 8 hours, they are calculated as one day. Overtime is charged at 200-300 yuan/hour/person for every hour.
If text translation is required during the interpretation, the cost will be calculated separately according to the translation price.

♢ Simultaneous interpretation is calculated as one day of work for 3-6 hours. If less than 3 hours, it is calculated as half a day of work.

♢ Simultaneous interpretation usually requires prior notice if the agreed working hours are exceeded. Overtime is charged at 2500-4000 yuan/hour/person for every hour.

♢ If a business trip is required, the price and other specific matters will be negotiated separately.

♢ Consecutive interpretation requires a reservation 5-10 days in advance.

♢ Simultaneous interpretation requires a reservation 7-12 days in advance.

♢ The price of special expertise will be negotiated separately.
After the agreement, the requester pays 50% of the total cost in advance, and pays the balance within three days after the work.

♢ The translation price is calculated by the number of characters in the original text. If the number of characters in the translation text is less than 500, it is calculated as 500. If it exceeds 500, it is calculated as 1000.

♢ The above prices are exclusive of tax.

♢ The price of identity documents, exit documents, notarized documents, licenses, admission notices, stamped documents, etc. is charged per document.

♢ For documents such as patents, legal documents, contracts, etc. that have high technical requirements, an additional 20%-30% fee will be added depending on the technical difficulty. For urgent requests, an additional 20%-100% fee will be added.

♢ After the agreement, the requester pays 50% of the total cost in advance, and pays the balance after delivery.
